Villas at Heritage Woods
The Villas at Heritage Woods is a Neighborhood of rental homes designed for low income adults who are at least 55 years of age. The current maximum income limit that is in effect for one person renting a villa is $22,800 and for two persons is $26,040.
Each of the homes are designed for single-level so there are no stairs and will feature 36" doorways and levered door handles. The full kitchen will include an electric range and oven with easy to read front-mounted controls. Services included in the rent will include maintenance, landscaping and snow removal. A community Center and garden areas will be available for residents to enjoy.
